Light Duty Corrosion Resistant Chemical Centrifugal Pump
The light-duty corrosion resistant chemical centrifugal pump is engineered for reliable, low-maintenance transfer of aggressive liquids in chemical processing, water treatment, and allied industries. Featuring a compact, single-stage end-suction design, this pump combines a corrosion-resistant wetted end—available in PP, PVDF, or FRP—with a robust metal armor or fully non-metallic construction to withstand acids, alkalis, and saline solutions. Its back pull-out configuration allows quick impeller and mechanical seal inspection without disturbing piping, while the closed impeller and precision-balanced rotor ensure stable hydraulic performance, low NPSHr, and smooth, vibration-free operation. Driven by a standard IEC motor and suitable for continuous duty, the pump delivers dependable service across a wide range of flow and head requirements.
The light-duty corrosion resistant chemical centrifugal pump is a foot-mounted, single-stage, single-suction, overhung light-duty centrifugal pump for general chemical process fluid transfer. It features a simple structure, reliable performance, small footprint, light weight, good cavitation (NPSH) performance and low energy consumption.
Applicable Standards: GB/T 3215, ISO 5199, API 682.
Configuration: Horizontal, single-stage, radially split volute casing, foot-mounted, axial end suction and radial top discharge, with suction and discharge flanges of the same pressure rating.
Modular Design: Shaft, casing cover, wear rings (seal rings), mechanical seal, bearings and other core components are highly interchangeable.

Applications:
The light-duty corrosion resistant chemical centrifugal pump is suitable for handling low- or high-temperature liquids, neutral or corrosive liquids, and clean liquids or liquids containing a moderate amount of solid particles up to a certain size. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, oleochemical, thermal power, nuclear power, paper-making, sugar-refining, seawater desalination, environmental protection engineering and chemical process industries.
Please provide medium, viscosity, temperature, required flow, discharge pressure, suction condition and installation space. Our engineers will recommend a rotary pump, centrifugal pump, sewage lifting unit or complete pump set within 24 hours.
Q
Can the pump handle high-viscosity or solids-laden fluids?
A
Yes. Twin-rotor lobe pumps are designed for high-viscosity, gas-liquid mixed and slightly solids-laden media. For abrasive slurry, we recommend a dedicated slurry centrifugal pump with wear-resistant materials.
Q
Do you support OEM / ODM and custom materials?
A
We provide OEM and ODM services, including customized rotor geometry, sealing systems, skid layout, control panels, and wetted parts in cast iron, stainless steel, duplex steel or other alloys.
Q
What is the warranty and after-sales response?
A
Standard warranty is 12 months after handover following 168 hours of trial operation. Technical staff can be dispatched for installation guidance, and quality issues are handled within 0–36 hours after notification.
