- Description
- Technical Specification
The OH2 chemical centrifugal pump for acid and alkali media is a centerline-mounted, single-stage, single-suction, overhung heavy-duty centrifugal pump. As a core fluid-transfer unit widely used in petrochemical and other industries, it offers the key advantages of a compact structure, easy maintenance and suitability for a wide range of operating conditions.
Applicable Standards: GB/T 3215, ISO 13709 / API 610 (OH2), API 682.
Configuration: Horizontal, single-stage, radially split volute casing, centerline-mounted, axial end suction and radial top discharge, with suction and discharge flanges of the same pressure rating.
Modular Design: Shaft, casing cover, wear rings (seal rings), mechanical seal, bearings and other core components are highly interchangeable.
Product Features:
- High efficiency and reliability:Optimized hydraulic design ensures smooth running and excellent cavitation (NPSH) performance.
- Good alignment retention:Centerline mounting avoids shaft misalignment caused by thermal expansion under high temperature and high pressure.
- Wide adaptability:Closed impellers, semi-open impellers, inducers and fully steam-jacketed / heat-traced constructions are available to suit high-solids, low-NPSH and crystallizing media.
- Excellent sealing:Designed to API 682, allowing flexible selection of various mechanical seal arrangements.
- Intelligent monitoring:Tappings are provided for bearing temperature, oil-chamber temperature and bearing vibration measurement to support online condition monitoring.
- Superior durability:Wetted parts are fitted with replaceable wear rings; the hardness differential and running clearances are controlled to extend service life.

Q
How do I select the right pump model?
APlease provide medium, viscosity, temperature, required flow, discharge pressure, suction condition and installation space. Our engineers will recommend a rotary pump, centrifugal pump, sewage lifting unit or complete pump set within 24 hours. -
Q
Can the pump handle high-viscosity or solids-laden fluids?
AYes. Twin-rotor lobe pumps are designed for high-viscosity, gas-liquid mixed and slightly solids-laden media. For abrasive slurry, we recommend a dedicated slurry centrifugal pump with wear-resistant materials. -
Q
Do you support OEM / ODM and custom materials?
AWe provide OEM and ODM services, including customized rotor geometry, sealing systems, skid layout, control panels, and wetted parts in cast iron, stainless steel, duplex steel or other alloys. -
Q
What is the warranty and after-sales response?
AStandard warranty is 12 months after handover following 168 hours of trial operation. Technical staff can be dispatched for installation guidance, and quality issues are handled within 0–36 hours after notification.
